By committing to a year of service, VISTA members receive a bi-weekly living allowance, health insurance, child care (if needed), and numerous professional and personal development opportunities. Upon completing a year of service, VISTA members will have the option to choose between the Segal AmeriCorps Education Award to pay for a range of educational expenses or a cash stipend.
